Maybe add biz to the tsu, as in "... oyfgehoybn bizn kop"? (lifted as high as / up to [his] head)

insofar as "oyfgehoybn bizn kop" is predictable from the normal meaning of "biz", it doesn't really need to be mentioned.
I think "oyfheybn tsu" is mentioned because it's not the most obvious usage of "tsu".

I suggested adding it to avoid thinking, because "tsu" is given, that other prepositions aren't used here.
